Membership is completely voluntary, and every member joins at their own discretion without any force, pressure, or misleading representation.
The Company does not guarantee any fixed, daily, monthly, or assured income. Any commission, incentive, reward, cashback, or bonus is purely performance-based and is paid only according to the Company's Compensation Plan, Policies, Terms & Conditions, and applicable laws.
Performance Membership Fee: ₹2,000 + GST ₹360 = ₹2,360. Against this payment, the member receives a Digital Skill Course Package (Graphic Designer Course) and other eligible benefits as per the Company's policies.
The Company accepts payment only for products and/or digital services. It does not accept deposits, investments, or money for the purpose of providing guaranteed financial returns.
ADC Point is a Non-Cash Utility Point with no cash value. It is intended only for use within the ADD Digital Commerce Pvt. Ltd. platform for eligible memberships and selected digital products/services, as permitted by Company policy. ADC Points cannot be redeemed for cash or treated as legal tender.
Where physical products are purchased, the Company will arrange delivery in accordance with its shipping and delivery policy. Digital products and courses will be provided through the Company's designated platform.
Rewards, incentives, cashback, and promotional benefits are subject to eligibility, business performance, and the Company's rules. No specific payment amount, date, or timeline is guaranteed.
Every member is responsible for understanding the Company's Terms & Conditions, Policies, Compensation Plan, and applicable laws before joining.
The Company reserves the right to amend its products, services, policies, compensation plan, and business rules at any time in accordance with applicable laws.
Any dispute arising out of the Company's products or services shall be governed by the applicable laws of India and resolved through the competent courts having jurisdiction, as specified in the Company's Terms & Conditions.
